This painting began as an excercise, but it was taking shape on the road as an ethereal representation of a nightmare.
I had something different in mind at the beginning, that’s why you can see the concept was in a different direction.

I was focusing on the values and face shape. At this point, the concept wasn’t very clear in my mind tho.
